Cafe Boulud arrived in Kingdom Centre, Riyadh, as the first Middle Eastern address for Chef Daniel Boulud’s dining concept, housed within the Four Seasons Hotel. LEDFlex engaged Wajd Ramadan as director, photographer and editor to record the lighting specification through the restaurant’s entrance, bar and main dining room. Each zone was framed as its own study rather than a single continuous sweep: the brass and marble at the bar read differently under light than the layered fixtures across the dining room, and the entrance sequence needed its own logic entirely. What the set delivers is less a portrait of the restaurant than a working record of how LEDFlex’s specification behaves once it meets Cafe Boulud’s finished interior.
