Premium grilled meat has its own visual vocabulary: the char on the surface, the cross-section of the protein, the resting moisture that tells you how it was cooked. For 7 Ribs in Riyadh, I used directional lighting and restrained styling to serve that vocabulary rather than working against it. The goal was the version of the food that the restaurant would want its guests to see, not overlit to the point of cheapness, not underlit to the point of uncertainty. Appetite appeal balanced with craft.
