Cold preparations and fresh ingredients are the most visually demanding food on any menu: they rely on precision and freshness rather than the drama of heat. For Burj AlHamam Bistro’s appetizer range in Riyadh, I styled each dish to emphasise how it is assembled and the compositional quality of its plating. On-location lighting was built specifically for food, calibrated for colour accuracy without the over-saturation that makes food look artificially vivid on screen but wrong in print. This is part of a continuous photography relationship with the brand across multiple locations and menu sections.
